How to get to Garbicz Festival from Mexico

Garbicz Festival is a five-day festival beside a lake, in the forests of western Poland, and in our trip the access includes camping. The 2027 edition runs from Thursday, July 29 to Monday, August 2. With UVIBE you fly from Monterrey on a nonstop Iberia flight to Madrid, fly on to Berlin, spend one hotel night and reach the festival with your access and camping. The trip costs $35,640 MXN and you reserve with $4,500 MXN.

When and where is Garbicz 2027

Garbicz takes place in western Poland, among forests and beside a lake. In 2027 it runs from Thursday, July 29 to Monday, August 2. There is an extra access day on Wednesday the 28th for those who want to set up early; our group arrives for the Thursday start.

How to get there from Mexico

There is no nonstop flight from Monterrey to Berlin. The group route is:

• Monterrey to Madrid: Iberia, nonstop, about 10 h 30 min. You leave in the evening and land the next day.
• Madrid to Berlin: a short flight you book on your own.
• Berlin to Garbicz: a ground transfer, also on your own, on the day the festival starts.

We sleep one night in Berlin before heading to the festival so we arrive rested.

What the trip costs

Per person, quoted in October 2026 (the flight changes daily):

• Round-trip Monterrey–Madrid flight with Iberia: $15,460 MXN
• Hotel in Berlin, 1 night: $2,800 MXN
• Festival access with camping: $17,380 MXN
• Trip total: $35,640 MXN

Paid separately: Madrid–Berlin flights, Berlin–Garbicz transfers, camping equipment, meals and travel insurance.

What sleeping at Garbicz is like

Camping is part of the experience: you sleep inside the festival, close to the lake and the stages. Bring earplugs, sunscreen, a light rain layer and a headlamp.

Getting from Berlin to Garbicz

Berlin is about 116 km from Garbicz in a straight line and about 130 km by road. According to the routes we checked, the train takes around 2 h 20 min and the bus about 2 h 45 min. Schedules and prices change, so check them a few days before the trip and do not leave the transfer to the last train of the night.

Weather and what to pack in July

In late July western Poland is usually warm, with cooler nights and a chance of rain. Bring light clothes for the day, a layer for the night, a light rain jacket, sandals and closed shoes, a quick-dry towel for the lake, insect repellent and sunscreen. To sleep you need a tent, sleeping bag and mat.

A night in Berlin before the festival

The hotel night in Berlin lets you rest after the flight and head to the festival without rushing. You have the afternoon of July 28 free to walk around the city, and the next morning you continue to Garbicz.

Not from Monterrey. We fly nonstop to Madrid with Iberia and then take a short flight to Berlin.

Is camping included?

Yes. The access included in the trip already comes with camping. Camping equipment is not included.
