Identity and acceptance

By using the website or confirming a booking, the traveler acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

Nature of the services

UVIBE designs, coordinates, and markets group trips to music festivals. It may act as organizer or intermediary for independent airlines, hotels, carriers, insurers, venues, and event organizers.

Only the services described in the trip listing and confirmation are included. Destinations marked “coming soon” are not confirmed offers.

Eligibility and traveler information

You must be at least 18 years old to book and travel with UVIBE. All information must be accurate and match your official documents.

Costs or consequences caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information are the traveler’s responsibility.

Booking and confirmation

Submitting a form, receiving an access link, or creating an account does not by itself constitute payment or final confirmation.

A booking is confirmed when UVIBE accepts the request, receives and identifies the required deposit, and sends written confirmation.

Prices and payments

Prices are stated in Mexican pesos and include applicable taxes unless a trip states otherwise. The initial deposit is $4,500 MXN per person unless a trip states otherwise, and it is applied toward the total package price.

The remaining balance is payable by bank transfer or credit/debit card and must be paid in full no later than 30 days before departure. If the balance is not paid by that deadline, UVIBE may cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.

Cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling

Payments are final and non-refundable when the traveler requests the cancellation.

A booking may be transferred if requested in writing, the replacement traveler meets all requirements, suppliers permit the change, and all fare differences, penalties, and administrative costs are paid. A transfer is valid only after written confirmation from UVIBE.

Requests must be submitted at least 15 days before departure and carry an administrative fee of $1,000 MXN, plus any supplier fare difference.

If UVIBE cancels or cannot operate the original trip, it may offer new dates, an alternative destination, or credit toward another trip, seeking equivalent value. This does not restrict refund or compensation rights available under Mexican law when the cancellation is attributable to UVIBE.

Itinerary and supplier changes

Schedules, flights, hotels, transport, venues, and activities may change because of suppliers, authorities, organizers, weather, or circumstances outside UVIBE’s reasonable control.

UVIBE will communicate material changes and seek alternatives of equivalent category and value.

Passport, visas, and documents

Each traveler is responsible for passports, visas, permits, insurance, and applicable immigration or health requirements. Passports must remain valid for at least six months after the scheduled return to Mexico unless the destination requires longer.

Failure to obtain the required documents on time does not create a right to a refund. UVIBE’s guidance is general and does not replace official information.

Shared rooms

UVIBE may suggest a roommate based on availability, matching travelers of the same declared gender. Personal compatibility is not guaranteed.

If matching is not possible, the single-room supplement at the published rate for that trip will apply.

Conduct and safety

Travelers must follow local law and supplier rules. UVIBE may remove anyone engaging in violence, harassment, discrimination, damage, illegal activity, or conduct that endangers the group.

A traveler removed from the group for these reasons is not entitled to a refund of payments already made.

Referral program

A stamp is awarded when a new customer uses the account holder’s code on their first booking and completes the deposit for a valid reservation. Every three stamps create a 10% reward for the eligible remaining balance of the holder’s next trip.

Each reward expires after 12 months, is limited to one per booking, does not reduce the deposit, and has no cash value. Rewards may accumulate for separate trips. UVIBE will reverse stamps and discounts tied to reversed payments and may void self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraud, or misuse.

“Spin and Win” promotion

Participation is optional and limited to one opportunity per person, email address, and phone number every 30 days. Participants must provide valid contact information to claim a prize. UVIBE may void duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries.

By providing your phone number, you agree that UVIBE may contact you via WhatsApp to follow up on your prize and help you plan your next festival trip.

Available prizes are: $50 USD, 3% off, 5% off, $100 USD, $200 USD, and $300 USD. Their odds are configured visibly on the wheel and may change for future entries without affecting codes already issued.

Prizes apply exclusively to the eligible balance of a booking, never to the deposit, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with referral rewards, early-payment discounts, or other promotions. Only one promotional benefit may be used per booking and it is subject to trip availability.

Prizes expressed in US dollars are redeemed as a fixed Mexican-peso discount at an exchange rate of $17.50 MXN per USD. All codes expire 12 months after issue. UVIBE may request reasonable verification before applying a code and may cancel codes obtained through fraud, payment reversal, or breach of these rules.
